Privacy policy

2. What data we process
Through the contact form, we process the data you provide to us yourself: your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the type of solution you are interested in and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the data in order to handle your inquiry and for any subsequent communication related to our offer of services. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form or, where applicable, the performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. Retention period
We retain data from the contact form for 24 months from our last contact or, if your inquiry leads to a contractual relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory limitation periods.
5. Recipients of data
As a rule, we do not disclose your data to third parties. The exception is providers of technical services we use as processors: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), e-mail communication (Google Workspace) and web analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights via the contact e-mail stated above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
