Stock levels in a spreadsheet nobody has updated since Friday

Real-time status of every item, on desktop and mobile

Searching the shelves for goods and asking colleagues

Every item has an exact location and the system guides the picker

Weekend stocktaking with paper, pen and retyping

Section-by-section stocktaking with a scanner, without closing the warehouse

Items run out and you only find out when a customer wants them

Alerts when stock drops below minimum, plus a suggested order

Everything your warehouse needs. Nothing you won't use.

We start with the essentials you need right away and add more features when they make sense.

Inventory records

Items, variants, units of measure, batches and expiry dates. You see stock levels instantly, not after the month-end close.

Receiving and issuing goods

Goods receipts, issues, transfers and returns. Receiving against purchase orders with quantity discrepancy checks.

Warehouse locations

Racks, shelves and bins with unique codes. Multiple warehouses and branches in one system.

Order picking

Pick lists sorted by warehouse route, scan-to-verify and packing without mix-ups.

Barcodes and QR codes

Works with scanners, mobile terminals and ordinary phones. Print labels directly from the system.

Stocktaking

Cycle counts or full stocktakes by section, with automatic comparison against stock levels and discrepancy reports.

Minimum stock levels

Alerts when stock drops below minimum and suggested supplier orders based on consumption.

Reports and overviews

Stock turnover, slow-moving items, inventory value, movements by period and exports for your accountant.

Users and permissions

Warehouse staff, managers, sales and accounting see only what they need. Every movement is logged with its author and time.

Works with a barcode scanner or an ordinary phone

Warehouse staff don't have to run to a computer. They scan the code, confirm the quantity and stock levels are instantly up to date for everyone.

Barcode scanners

Wired and wireless scanners for receiving, issuing and stocktaking.

Mobile terminals and phones

Warehouse staff work right at the shelf, without running back to a computer.

Label printers

Labels for goods, locations and shipments printed with a single click.

Scales and other devices

Integration of scales and other devices if your process uses them.

What you probably want to know

Why a custom warehouse system instead of an off-the-shelf product?

An off-the-shelf product is a good choice if your warehouse works in a standard way. A custom system makes sense when you have a specific process, multiple warehouses, production, unusual units of measure or need integration with other systems. In the consultation we'll honestly tell you which path is better for you.

Do we have to buy expensive warehouse terminals?

No. We can build the system to work on an ordinary phone with a camera or with an inexpensive wireless scanner. We only recommend professional terminals if they make sense for your volume.

Can it connect to our online store and accounting?

Yes. Integration with your online store, invoicing and accounting software is a standard part of warehouse projects. Orders go to picking automatically and documents reach accounting without retyping.

What about our data in Excel?

We transfer items, locations and current stock levels from your existing spreadsheets or old program. We check them together before launch so you start with the right numbers.

How long does it take to develop a warehouse system?

It depends on the scope. On average, development takes about 2 weeks; our fastest warehouse system so far was ready in 3 days. We can launch basic stock records with receiving, issuing and stocktaking quickly and add more features over time. You'll get an exact estimate after the initial analysis.
